Mild temperature, fertile soils, favourable exposure. Always. It is no coincidence that the ancient Romans baptised the region “Campania Felix,” meaning happy. Since the early 1971, Baglio Amalfi Italian Bistro has been run by the same Family and it offers the traditional dishes together with the new and innovative dishes of the high cuisine, well prepared by Serena and served by Albino.

Serena & Albino (husband and wife) ensure that every day, Baglio Amalfi Italian Bistro offers the most aperitif cucina , vino & drinks, in the beautiful panoramic terrace offering a unique natural scenery!

Important! Please read

our bistro is 3 km away from the main square of Amalfi; we invite you to organize yourself for the transport. From Amalfi, Positano or Sorrento there are public buses (SITA SUD) every hour and the stop is near the bistro.

If you decide to take a taxi please ask the taxi driver for the fare in advance.

Reservation Policy

At "Baglio Amalfi Italian Bistro" we are committed to providing superior quality services to their customers. To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service within our restaurant, customers are encouraged to cancel any reservations that they will be unable to honour at least one day in advance. When you make a reservation at "Baglio Amalfi Italian Bistro" you are making an offer to accept your reservation into the restaurant.

To reserve a table, please fill in the reservation form below; You will then receive an email with a "PaybyLink" link to pay a deposit of 40 Euro per person. The total amount that you will pay via "PaybyLink" will be deducted from your final bill. Your reservation is not complete or legally binding until you pay the deposit; after 24 hours from the time the email has been sent and if no deposit has been paid we cannot guarantee to honour the reservation.

Please note

  • Please avoid paying after 24 hours or you will lose your deposit.
  • In case of no show you will lose your deposit
  • If you arrive with more than 10 minutes delay from your reservation time we cannot guarantee to honour the reservation and you will lose your deposit.
  • reservations for the same day must be made no later than 14:00 PM on that day.
  • the minimum order for 2 or more persons for dinner is 80 Euro

Cancellation Policy

After the payment of the table reservation, the client has the right to cancel up to 48 hours prior to the reservation date. In this case, only a fee of € 10 euro per person will be debited to the client. The cancellation must be sent either via by telephone or by email .

For reservations within 48 hours there is no possibility of refund in case of no show, delay or cancellation

"Baglio Amalfi Italian Bistro" reserves the right to charge a "no show" fee of € 40 per person if the reservation party do not arrive within 30 minutes after the reservation time without having been in touch to notify of any delays. Please note that cancellation and/or notification of delays for reservations are accepted only 48 hours in advance. If no notification of cancellation has been received, "Baglio Amalfi Italian Bistro” will then charge the given credit card € 40 per person as per the reservation number of people on the same day of the reservation.

Should your reservation details be incorrect or require amendment, please advise "Baglio Amalfi Italian Bistro" at your earliest convenience by email or  by telephone, or send us a message via Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/bistrobaglio/ . If you do wish to amend your booking details, changes must be advised at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We will reconfirm with you if we can accommodate your changes

Please note that the number of people booked a table is subject to cancellation fees; for example, if you book a table for 6, but only 4 people show up, we will retain a cancellation fee for each missing person.
